I was never what you could call a sporty person before I met Dan! I have worked in the leisure industry since I was 16 years old and Dan encouraged me to complete my Level 1 Swim Teaching qualification. Since then I have gone on to do my Level 2 Swim Teaching and Level 1 Swim Coaching and even worked as a Junior Coach at Plymouth Leander Swim Club. After COVID hit we moved back to Bridport and decided to set up our own swim school for the local children of our community. I then completed my Law Degree and moved over to the office life! I started to train in the gym for the first time and realised how important it is and also how fun it could be! After a tough three months of glandular fever I decided to leave my office job and we started DnA Coaching! 

You will mainly find me behind the scenes of DnA Coaching or in the pool swim teaching!
