Do you run a swim club? Maybe you teach or coach at a club, or your child swims at one?

At DnA Coaching we are very excited to bring our Swim Clinics and Workshops to you! Dan was Head of Junior Squads at Plymouth Leander and has coached a range of abilities including athletes heading to the Olympics and Paralympics. Amy was Lead Coach of Junior Squads at Plymouth Leander. We also set up and ran our own Swim School so have experience teaching and coaching from complete beginner to elite athletes.

How does it work?

We come to you for 1h, 2h or 3h sessions during your usual training day/time. The sessions can include pool training and land sessions and can be one off or regular sessions.

What do the sessions consist of?

We can personalise the sessions to you and the needs of your club. Whether it be stroke technique, diving workshops, race starts, race mentality and preparation, stamina and endurance - you name it! Our swim clinics are about getting the best out of your swimmers no matter what level. We can help with general swimming life advice which could include advice on nutrition throughout a competition or just tips on how to mentally prepare for race day.

"Lessons with Dan have been truly transformative for me. Not only has he helped improve my technique across all strokes, but he's also been instrumental in helping me manage pre-race nerves. His coaching style is supportive, positive, and confidence-boosting, which has made a real difference in both my mindset and performance. Dan's sessions consistently leave me feeling more capable, motivated, and simply better about myself and my swimming. I can't recommend him highly enough." - Bryony
