We offer 1:1 Personal Training for all abilities and ages (over 18)! Whether you are recovering from an injury or illness, want to gain muscle or lose weight, nervous about starting the gym or have signed up for an event or race and need some personalised training plans - pop us a message or email and we can have a chat!
Our Staff
Dan Dew is our Personal Trainer. He has his Level 3 in Personal Training, Level 2 Gym Instructor plus he is currently studying for his degree in Sport, Fitness and Coaching.
All staff have an enhanced DBS check and Insurance.
Dan is renowned for being an approachable and friendly coach so whatever your ability, contact us to get your fitness journey started! Whatever level you are at Dan can help! You may be new to the gym and need gentle coaching and easy exercises, or if you are recovering from an injury or illness and need to work out where your fitness levels are at currently (and where you want them to be!) You may have signed up for an event such as a triathlon, Hyrox or a marathon and need pushing and motivating properly! Maybe you are just trying to lose a bit of weight or gain some muscle - we can help with that too! We are happy to do a free consultation over the phone or email if you want to have a chat before signing up properly.
We offer different payment plans depending on whether you want pay-as-you-go sessions, a 4 week block or an 8 week block. Pop us a message or email and let's get you started!
