Dan Dew

I have been into sports all my life and I joined my local swim club, Bridport Barracudas aged 13. I was made club captain then Head Coach at 19 years old. I had 3 years in that role, and coached many athletes to Regional level. I moved to Plymouth Leander Swim Club as their Head of Junior Squads and even worked with Olympic and Paralympic athletes. I gained knowledge about the importance of functional movement skills and the addition of gym sessions to an athlete's performance. Unfortunately COVID hit and Amy and I moved back and built our own Swim School and I became a Swim England Tutor and continue to educate people to become swim teachers which is very rewarding. In the past couple of years I have changed my personal goals and now train for Hyrox. I have completed several races and aim to do lots more! With experience in teaching and a passion for helping others grow, I see online coaching as a natural progression that allows me to empower individuals. It enables me to tailor programmes more effectively, provide consistent support, and help clients build sustainable habits in their own environments.

I'm absolutely buzzing to build DnA Coaching!
