Our Staff
Dan Dew is our Online Coach. He has his Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 in Personal Training plus he is currently studying for his degree in Sport, Fitness and Coaching.
All staff have an enhanced DBS check and Insurance.

Dan is renowned for being an approachable and friendly coach so whatever your ability, contact us to get your fitness journey started! Whether you are training for an event such as Hyrox or a marathon or just want to get a bit healthier and fitter, Dan will personalise your workout plans to your specific goals.
The benefit of online coaching is that you can do it wherever you are in the world - even on holiday! Dan will personalise your workouts depending on what you want to achieve and be on hand to answer any and all questions.
Are you a regular gym goer who would like guidance and motivation in reaching your next big goal? Dan has completed multiple Hyrox competitions and has coached swim athletes who have competed in both Olympics and Paralympics. Dan will assist you in setting your goals, support you along the journey and celebrate with you when you achieve them!
Are you a stay at home parent needing at home workouts that fit around a busy home life? Dan will be able to support and guide you in your health and fitness goals and provide you with at home workouts that can fit around your children's busy schedules!
Are you wanting to start attending the gym but don't have the confidence to do so? Dan has coached Amy from a complete beginner in the gym to now having a solid 6 day a week gym routine. He knows what it is like to walk into a gym for the first time and can give you the workout plans and tools so you will be confident in the gym in no time!
Are you wanting to improve your swimming technique? Dan has been involved in swim clubs since he was 13 years old and has since coached swim athletes who have competed in both Olympics and Paralympics. Whether you are just starting out in your swimming journey, training for a competition or just want to improve your general swimming technique, Dan can write you swimming workout plans and even accompanying gym plans to go alongside. Are you working a busy 9-5 job and struggling to fit your workouts in? Amy has previously worked in an office so Dan knows how hard it is to find the time and motivation to workout. Dan can work with you and fit the workouts around your availability and goals.

Workout Plans
If you are not sure whether you would like to try Online Coaching then why not give our workout plans a go? Choose from 4, 8 or 12 week plans. These are basic set workout plans that are emailed to you. If you enjoy these then contact us to give online coaching a go for more personalised plans and support.
We offer these plans from 13 years old so if your child is an aspiring athlete but needs some guidance and support then get in touch and see what we can offer.
Please note workout plans for under 18 years old will need a parent to be the point of contact.
